Equipment Introduction
- The fiber laser uses multi-mode pump and double-clad fiber (with single-mode fiber core) coupling technique to obtain fully-reinforced side parallel pumped fiber laser .
- The main features include:Good beam quality, TEM00 single mode output, 10mm post-collimation beam diameter, M2<1.8, 0.24mrad beam divergent angle, small spot diameter after focusing , high operating- point peak power density (109W/cm2, very suitable for precise marking, drilling and other applications); high pulse repetition rate (20KHz to 80KHz, very suitable for high speed marking).
- With maintenance-free master oscillating-power amplification technology and seed-light source pulse generation technology, high reliability and more than 100 thousand hours of maintenance-free operation (theoretical value) can be achieved. The machine can operate continuously for 24 hours without maintenance, which saves operation costs and therefore greatly decrease the user input:output ratio.
- The overall conversion efficiency is very high, so no bulky power system is needed.
